Where are you docked?

We are located in Chicago, IL at Lake Michigan. Harbor location for pickup and drop off will be provided at the time of booking. Directions are also provided in your confirmation email.

Are your vessels Coast Guard certified?

All of our boats are Coast Guard-certified. We maintain our fleet regularly to adhere to strict safety regulations and the latest COVID restrictions.

What is the capacity of the yacht?

Our maximum passenger capacity is 12 people, excluding the captain and crew. Our passenger capacity is regulated for your safety on board. Capacities cannot be increased under any circumstances.

What footwear should I wear onboard?

We have a no shoes on board policy.

What is supplied aboard?

All of our yachts are stocked with waters and soft drinks along with boating necessities aboard such as toilet paper, linens and towels. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own supplies.

Do you go out in inclement weather?

Yes. We provide the best in luxury and comfort. Our boats are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so no matter what the weather may be, you'll be comfortable. We run our rentals rain or shine. In the rare event that we cannot sail because of bad weather, we will contact you to reschedule your trip. Please show up on time even if it is raining, unless we contact you otherwise. The rain may go away which can then allow us to continue with the trip.

What days are considered Special Events?

Can we bring children aboard?

Yes. Our yachts are family-friendly, so children are welcome aboard provided that you follow all of the safety guidelines. They must wear life jackets on the outside deck areas and count as one guest when calculating the total number of passengers.

What are the rental rates?

Rental rates vary based on different days of week, length of charter, group size, holidays, etc. Contact our booking coordinator via email or the booking inquiry form with the desired event date and group size and we will send you pricing options.

What methods of payment do you accept?

50% deposit is due upon confirmation of booking of the scheduled charter and the balance is due 10 days before your charter date. You will receive an invoice via email once complete. We accept Cash as well as major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as Cashapp, Zelle, and Venmo.

**The credit card used for the purchase and a photo ID will be required to be shown prior to departing on the day of the cruise.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a 50% refund 7 days prior to your charter, 85% refund 14 days prior, and 100% refund one month prior. No refunds will be provided for cancellations 6 days or less prior to departure. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather, small craft advisories, waves over 3 feet high, rip tides and coast guard warnings. In the event of cancellation by the owner for reasons beyond our control you will receive a 100% refund.

How are late guests handled?

If you are running late, please communicate with us immediately. Your captain will not depart unless instructed by the charter creator. If you arrive late, the captain may not extend the trip. Shortened trips due to lateness will not be prorated, discounted, or refunded. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time for safety briefing and boat setup.

Are we allowed to bring decorations?

You are more than welcome to bring your own flowers and certain decorations. There are a few restrictions; no glitter, confetti or open flames. All decorations must be removed immediately following the event. Any decorations left behind after the event will be discarded.

What is your smoking policy?

All of our vessels are smoke-free. Passengers who choose to smoke may do so on the dock prior to boarding.

Are there safety guidelines we should be aware of?

Please take note of the following regulations while onboard:

Smoking is strictly prohibited aboard the vessel.

Do not jump into the water until the captain says it is safe and the vessel has come to a complete stop.

Do not sit on the handrails.

Do not stand on the chairs or benches.

Tying up or rafting off to other boats will not be permitted
